Regardless of gender,

connecting to the feminine within

can release powers of flexibility, creativity, and empathy.

Through life’s challenges, we honor

A Connection to Mother Nature to remind us of the cycles of life

A Supportive Community upon which to build our own strength

A Movement Practice to feel into our bodies and intuition

to help us reconnect with our best selves.

As someone who has always had an appreciation for nature and an innate desire to serve others…

“For me, my first experience rock climbing with other women was a safe space for me to be myself and have a support system. From there, I branched out to my queer community, learning that when we reconnect with ourselves in the arms of a supportive community and in nature, we can tackle all of life’s challenges. I found the need for meditation and mantra as I was summiting my peaks, hiking whenever I had the chance, and using nature as a way of developing myself.”

Curious about setting up a retreat for a group of your family, friends, or colleagues?

What participants are saying…

My first event with FreedWoman Retreats was a rewarding experience, for sure! I connected with other participants, while challenging myself on a peaceful hike. I felt empowered and even received clarity about a personal matter. It was a great way to spend a Saturday morning!

Within the larger program, I like that there was the opportunity to meet new people, meditation, and yoga.

At the hike, I liked the gathering of people and the ability to be vulnerable in a safe space.
